Mary has been a key member of the Arns Davis team since 2008. For fifteen years, Mary led the support staff's discovery and trial preparation efforts, before moving into her current role as the Director of Operations.

Mary now manages all of the firm's operations, implementing protocols that allow the firm's attorneys and staff to handle all of the firm's cases throughout every stage of litigation, while also making sure every client is given individualized attorney and staff attention. Mary excels at recruiting talented candidates to grow the firm's team and handles professional development, overseeing work assignments, and navigating day-to-day challenges to keep the team strong.
