Biography
Mike litigates employment cases involving age, race, and sex discrimination; represents 8 private and 6 public unions; and fights wrongful termination in state and federal court.
After a 4-year apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Mike became deeply involved in union affairs and negotiating committees. He has since appeared before the Nevada Supreme Court on over 20 occasions.
He served as a former member of the Board of Governors for the American Trial Lawyers Association. He also teaches Employee Rights and Criminal Evidence at Peoples Law School in Nevada, and the Truckee Meadows Community College.
