Mike E. Langton

Mike Langton, a highly skilled and experienced attorney, specializes in employment litigation and union representation, bringing Arns Davis Law‘s extensive expertise in representing workers in California to those in Nevada. With a strong focus on championing employee rights, Mike handles cases involving age, race, and sex discrimination and fights wrongful termination in both state and federal courts. His clients include 8 private and 6 public unions, for which he provides diligent representation and advocacy.

Following a 4-year apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Mike became deeply involved in union affairs and negotiating committees. His extensive experience and dedication to workers’ rights have led to over 20 appearances before the Nevada Supreme Court, showcasing his commitment to pursuing justice on behalf of his clients.

Mike has also served as a former member of the Board of Governors for the American Trial Lawyers Association, further demonstrating his involvement and influence within the legal community. As a passionate educator, Mike shares his expertise by teaching Employee Rights and Criminal Evidence at the Peoples Law School in Nevada and Truckee Meadows Community College, inspiring the next generation of legal professionals.
