Kevin Osborne specializes in litigating employment discrimination, serious and wilfull employer misconduct, workers' compensation, and wage and hour class action.
Previously, Mr. Osborne served as a clerk for the criminal division of the United States Attorney's Office and a consultant for an environmental litigation firm. Additionally, he worked for the Costa Rica Chamber of Commerce and contracted for cases requiring Spanish language document study. His language abilities and experience working aborad allow him to serve The Arns Law Firm's Spanish speaking clients.
